Kara has lived in Naples since she was 9 years old. She has been a home gardener for over 20 years, is a wife to an amazing husband, a mother to 3 amazing kids and has 2 champagne labs. She has always had a dream of someday starting a farm. With a background in nursing she has always looked for a way to inspire people to eat healthier. She wholeheartedly believes that eating healthy food not only prevents disease but promotes whole body wellness. She is a lover of all things in nature, art, beekeeping, cooking, and labradors.
